Will government take any action against culprits of Flex and wall painting scam?

POONCH:  “POONCH TODAY” time and again projected the  frauds of RDD, but government never took action against the erring officials of RDD over the years and it seems that the bounty used to be exchanged by all from top to bottom. Several lacs Flex & Painting scam was scripted in Poonch and Rajouri districts over the years but no action has been taken against those who were involved in it. In a shocking disclosure, an employee of RDD told “POONCH TODAY” “aap ke likhne se kya hoga. Officers upar tak commission dete hain khamosh rehne ke liye.” Such unfortunate statements shows that blue eyed officials of RDD Poonch are expert in managing the things at all levels. Many BDO’S of Poonch are openly violating RTI act fearing exposure of their misdeeds. Those persons who give commission to officers get their work  done, says a source working in the department. Some officers show their personal vehicle as hired for official purpose and used to withdraw oil and related charges from office expenses  and it shows that the concern officials are expert in scripting many types of frauds. Flex painting scam which was taken place in Poonch and Rajouri districts, has not yet taken to task by anti corruption agencies, and it would be better if an appropriate enquiry is conducted to book those who scripted this high profile fraud to loot government exchequer.
