District Health Society under flames over corruption allegations during NHM recruitments, Who designed question paper and in which capacity? Were answer keys leaked?

POONCH: District Health Society Poonch is facing the allegation of corruption on account of few recruitments of various posts under NHM which have taken place during the last few months. Highly placed sources within the department told “POONCH TODAY” that a person who had no authority to set up the question paper had designed the paper and under a planned conspiracy, answer keys were leaked to selected candidates  and by this, huge capital was taken by those who were involved in the whole recruitment process. District Health Society Poonch has remained in news during the last two months for reportedly brazen violation of recruitment rules where blue eyed persons were given priority over merit by scripting various fiscal deals behind the curtains. Who designed the paper? Who authorized that person and in what capacity? These debates are going on in various parts of the district where people have demanded that this recruitment process should be investigated to bring to book those government officials who played mischievous role.  Locals  alleged that OMR sheets were not checked computerized, rather they were checked manually. Even answer keys were not published  the next day after written test and whole process was completed in a hosh posh manner. They also said that manual checking of OMR sheets creates doubt and the question paper was of MBBS standard to give edge to blue eyed persons and by this way, district health society resorted to wrong practices.  Locals alleged that few recruitments remained full of doubt and those involved in it gained like anything. Reportedly, few  agents were pressed into service by those who were involved in whole recruitment process  to accumulate resources from candidates, alleged locals.  They said that whole process was completed within no time under a planned conspiracy and this has raised a question mark  over the whole recruitment process. People  have demanded a fair enquiry into all the allegations which have come up against Health Department Poonch over recent recruitments to bring a clear picture in public domain.
