POONCH: As financial year 2020-21 is coming to an end, so RDD officials which include few BDO’s JE’s, Secy. Pyts and GRS are busy in preparing fake bills under different schemes for withdrawal of funds before 31^st of March 2021. Even, the office of Executive Engineer  Rural Engineering wing(REW), Assistant executive Engineer(AEE)  REW are also a part of this high profile conspiracy and are getting heavy commission. Many BDO’s have set a very high target of earning money before 31^st March, what to call of Secy Pyts, JEs, Technical Assistants and GRS. There are also confirmed reports that Secy Pyts are taking Rs 10,000 to Rs 20,000 as commission for preparing files for PMAY houses. Brazen reports of huge frauds are coming from BDO office Loran, Surankote, Poonch, Mankote, Mendhar and Buffliaz. Almost all blocks of Poonch district are neck deep involved in fraud withdrawals of bills. Many RDD employees were seen running from pillar to post to get their bills cleared. Imagine, what would be the condition of those blocks where a single JE is looking after more than six Panchayats. Is it possible for him to check every single work? Open loot has become the order of the day in Rural Development Department Poonch where top officers are busy in getting commissions from various works. Secy Pyts, GRS, JEs and technical assistants are not lagging behind their BDOs and other top officers and they are also hitting financial gains illegally. Many people while talking to “POONCH TODAY’ said that RDD is full of frauds which are in crores and government needs to take such officers to task who have scripted such frauds.  Almost all blocks of RDD Poonch are full of many scams which are in several crores. In front of public, RDD officials used to say,  “Ab sab kuch khatam hai. Modi ne GEO tagging kar di hai.” But on ground, they are scripting multiple frauds and entire men and machinery from top to bottom in RDD Poonch are involved. One of the important officers of Poonch administration said to his colleague, “These RDD officers are earning like anything in March. It seems they have no fear of anti graft agencies.”
