Vigilance enquiry demanded against Executive Officer MC Thanamandi for adjusting his close one’s

RAJOURI: E.O Thanamandi has come under severe attack of public over recommended his close one’s for adjustment on a permanent post. It is pertinent to mention here that MC Thanamandi adjusted some casual workers between 2010 and 2015 and when Director Local bodies directed E.O to provide him a list of casual workers for regularization who completed more than seven years of service, E.O, tried to grab the opportunity with folded hand and played a smart role in the adjustment of his close one’s by hoodwinking the office of Director Local bodies. Moreover, a former E.O also played his role in adjusting his close one in the same MC Thanamandi. The matter has come in public domain and people have appealed vigilance to conduct an enquiry into the matter. The office of E.O Thanamandi remained under radar for brazen misuse of funds under different schemes and in that list of financial frauds, this fraud of adjusting his close one’s by E.O has also been included. This shows that how few officers for their personal interest misused their official position openly without fearing any action from government. Locals demanded that a proper enquiry must be initiated and those adjusted thorough backdoor must be brought to justice.
