Who will construct a protection wall near the X-Ray room in Raja Sukhdev Singh Hospital Poonch? Silence of DC Poonch questionable

POONCH: Exclusively exposed by “POONCH TODAY” newspaper that for decades, nobody in the corridors of power in the Poonch administration tried hard to build a complete protection wall all around Raja Sukhdev Singh hospital. However, as the time passed, efforts were made by successive administrations to cover the hospital from all angles, but in a shocking state of affairs, a protection wall near the X-Ray room has not been constructed yet, reason, a top officer of the health department runs medical business near X-Ray room. It’s a big question mark on hospital authorities as no effort was made by anybody to completely cover hospital premises from the back side, reason, nobody is ready to raise eyebrows on those who are running the state of affairs of the health department Poonch. Are rules important or self interest of few people? This is a million dollar question that is being discussed everywhere. Locals are of the opinion that few health department officers have taken everything for granted and never allow anybody to come in way of their business interest. On one hand, crores of rupees were provided to this hospital under different schemes to strengthen health care infrastructure in addition to constructing of new buildings, but nobody dared to construct a protection wall near x-ray room to fully block the premises from outside interference as those health department officials who ruled the department in various capacities are running their various business establishments openly. Deputy Commissioner Poonch who used to beat around the bush unnecessarily in official meetings, has maintained a questionable silence on this issue. Why? Where are his so called “Guts” of challenging various subordinate officers on account of their various inefficiencies? Will he speak on the issue? As the main motto of medical businesses operating in and around the hospital to generate revenue which is their legal right, but it’s shocking when one sees that those health department officials who are deliberately being projected as good citizens of society by sycophants are seen involved in open fraud with the system. A high level inquiry is needed to detect why no protection wall has been constructed near the x-ray room to completely block the hospital premises from outside interference to suit the business interest of few health department officials. Rules are rules and nobody should be allowed to challenge the system and in this connection, the silence of DC Poonch is questionable.
